Key Responsibilities
- Partner with C-suite and Engineering Managers to forecast headcount and plan sourcing strategies.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from active headhunting to structured offer negotiation.
- Elevate candidate satisfaction scores and optimize recruitment funnel conversion metrics.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech firms or specialized agencies.
- Deep network in APAC tech ecosystem (software engineering, product, AI).
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing channels.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS tooling and HRIS / ERP integrations.
