About the Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Principal Full-Stack Engineer to lead technical architecture across our core digital recruitment and workflow platforms. You will work directly with our engineering leadership to build high-performance, resilient, and beautiful enterprise solutions.
You will have total ownership of engineering decisions, system performance, distributed databases, and high-quality frontend user experiences built with Nuxt 3, Vue 3, and PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable server-rendered web applications using Nuxt 3, Nitro, and TypeScript.
- Design optimized relational schemas, indexes, and queries in PostgreSQL with bulletproof transaction integrity.
- Integrate distributed backend systems and asynchronous message outboxes with Odoo ERP via XML-RPC.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct thorough code and design reviews to ensure highest security standards.
- Champion web performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and modern developer tooling.
Role Requirements
- 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Expertise in Vue 3 Composition API, Nuxt 3, TypeScript, and modern CSS/Tailwind.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL performance tuning, transactions, locks, and connection pooling.
- Proven experience with distributed architectures, asynchronous job queues, and REST/RPC APIs.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and passion for clean, maintainable architecture.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with ERPs such as Odoo, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Redis caching patterns, distributed locks, and outbox patterns.
- Active contributions to open-source or tech community speaking.
