About the Opportunity
We are searching for a Lead Product Designer with world-class craft and strong systems thinking. You will establish our brand design tokens, design delightful candidate journeys, and create empowering ATS workflow workspaces for recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design lifecycle for public career portals and internal enterprise ATS tools.
- Evolve our multi-brand design system with accessible components, crisp typography, and refined motion.
- Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and translate complex recruiting workflows into intuitive UI.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure 100% design fidelity and micro-interaction polish.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS or complex consumer web applications.
- Mastery of Figma, design systems, tokens, responsive layouts, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- A portfolio demonstrating deep problem-solving, aesthetic excellence, and interaction details.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Tailwind tokens.
- Experience designing HR tech, marketplace, or applicant tracking workflows.
